Joy Cares Foundation (JCF) is a non-governmental charitable organization headquartered in Juba, South Sudan. Since 2014, we have worked alongside vulnerable communities — women, youth, orphans and the marginalized — to build a future of dignity, equality and sustainable peace.

JCF is registered by South Sudan Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (SSRRC) under registration number 4253 in 2021.

Executive Director & Founder

Lubna founded Joy Cares Foundation in 2014 to channel her lifelong commitment to women's empowerment, peacebuilding and community development. She has more than two decades of experience leading humanitarian and development work across the region.
